BURN,
LAUGH & LEARN
BURN
Every clinic is a rigorous cardiovascular opportunity optimized for maintaining the specific heart rate levels using the accepted principles of sports cardiology. Sweat and Sideline Activities!
LAUGH
Every day on the tennis court is a blessing. When we design a clinic, we never miss the opportunity to maximize the fun. Your laughter is our validation.
LEARN
Any person who attends any themed clinic is going to learn something. We don’t just play a couple hits. We dive deep. Every clinic is an immersive educational experience. If you leave without any new perspectives, we’re slipping.
Court Decorations
Your excitement will increase with every step closer to the court. We’ll get you in the mood.
Custom Playlists
Always satisfying, never predictable. Pure acoustic architecture.
Themed Games

We don’t believe in ever playing the same game twice.
Medals and Prizes Awarded
Gold, silver, and bronze on the line at every single clinic.
A day on the tennis court is a day blessed by God. I keep the clinics light, but the motivation behind them was forged in darkness and their purpose is to remove the darkness from others before it is too late.
THE TACTICAL SQUAD
You worry about earning the points. We’ll keep the records.
Let’s do this together. Help us grow and we won’t forget you.
Community is important to us. Let’s burn, laugh, and learn together.
A Letter to Stranahan High School
Stranahan High,
I first had the idea for themed cardio tennis a couple years ago when my mental health was not stable enough to make a realistic attempt. For months, I was unable to secure a court. Unable to secure an opportunity.
My own club snubbed me. I even entered a contract that got sabotaged. It was truly a comedy of errors and misfortune. The advice started coming in to get a “new” goal. Nobody seemed to want me or my ideas.
When we connected, I got the only help I needed. The only assist I ever wanted. The chance to take my idea, make some awesome tennis clinics, give back to the mental health communities I owe so much to.
I’ve got the football now, I’m running towards the end zone. My hopes are high. But win or lose, thank you so much for letting me continue the climb.
Jackson Phillips
MEET FROSTY
I still remember seeing Frosty for the first time. She was a tiny kitten, just sitting calmly, watching all of it. Taking it in. I’ll never forget what my ex said when he was looking at her — he said he saw adventure in her eyes. That’s stayed with me, and it turned out to be exactly right.
